The end result is certainly worth the wait though.

How many letters can you fit on a brass sign?

How long will it take until I receive my brass sign?

Our brass signs are hand made, polished and painted. Each stage requires enough drying time to ensure the sign is not scuffed or marked. For this reason, it can take up to 4 weeks to produce and post.

Can I have any motif I want on my sign?

We have a range of motifs to choose from, but unfortunately we cannot produce 1 off specials.

Can I have a mock up of my sign? We don't produce mock-ups as part of our usual service, however it may be possible on a special occasion. Please contact our customer services team.

Can I have my sign in a special size?

We have a range of standard sizes and special sizes are not possible.

Can I have a particular colour? We produce brass signs in Blue, Green, Maroon, Red and Purple. I'm sorry but it is not possible to do any other colours.

Can I have a special shape? star, heart etc.)

Only bridge, oval and rectangle I'm afraid.

How long will my brass sign last?

We guarantee our brass nameplate for 5 years (unless you live within 5 miles of the sea). Of course, there's a good chance you sign will last longer than that.
